What’s included in our Recruitment Service?

Writing an inclusive advert

Trained in inclusive advert writing, we will be mindful of language to ensure all genders, races and ages feel engaged to apply. We will also discuss key criteria and your organisation's commitment to EDI.

Advertising

It's important to reach as wide an audience as possible for your advert. We are able to share yours across 16 job boards, we will monitor all responses and deal with any queries.

Search

Having a fantastic advert is often not enough, you need someone to proactively searching for candidates. Using our industry knowledge and networks, we will take a targeted and personable approach to find you the best talent. 

Screening

Using the information discussed when you choose to work with us, we will individually speak to all candidates that are put forward to access their suitability for the role. In our modern world of AI, it is even more important to add the human element to recruitment.

Submission

We will send you all suitable candidates on the agreed date. This includes any supporting documentation you have requested (just be mindful that with the increase of AI, we recommend to not rely on cover letters). 

Interview booking

Once you have chosen who you'd like to meet with, leave it to us to arrange the rest. We will contact the candidates and arrange interviews at a time that suits you and send full confirmation to all parties. 

Decline application

No-one likes to be rejected, so we will handle this stage of the process with care and compassion. Please note, if the candidate has interviewed with you, we will ask for individual constructive feedback.

Negotiations

You have found the perfect candidate and want to offer them the job, congratulations. Sometimes it's helpful to have a buffer, particularly if there is some negotiation to be had on either side. (Plus, it's one of the best bits of our job, so please let us do this). 

Place

Once the offer has been accepted, we will facilitate a formal introduction so you can proceed with paperwork and onboarding. Just know that we are always on-hand if you need anything else. 

What will it cost?

We will charge you 15% of the accepted full time salary.
