Meet Rebecca
RP Connections is led by Rebecca Pooley, who has been connecting people with purpose since 2014.
Early in her career, Rebecca discovered her passion in the charity and non-profit sector. She spent many years working with purpose-led clients in an agency setting before moving in-house with a leading national charity. There, she gained first-hand insight into the unique challenges and opportunities organisations face when it comes to hiring.
This experience inspired her to create RP Connections, a flexible recruitment partner dedicated to helping charities and purpose-led organisations find the right people to drive their mission forward. Whether recruitment agency or talent acquisition expertise, Rebecca is committed to helping impactful organisations that make a real difference.
Alongside her work with clients, Rebecca also partners with local schools and colleges, supporting young people as they take their first steps into meaningful, impact-focussed careers.
Meet Dawn
Dawn combines a degree in Fundraising with over 20 years of experience in the charity sector. She began her career as a fundraiser before moving into recruitment, where she has specialised for the past decade.
With this unique blend of expertise, she is passionate about supporting candidates to grow their careers while helping charities find the right people to strengthen their teams. She is also committed to building diverse, inclusive workplaces and helping organisations develop strong, values-driven employer brands.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending time outdoors or volunteering at quirky immersive events across the city.

At RP Connections, we're big on championing fair hiring practices, knocking down barriers to success, and delivering personalised consultancy services.
We help any-sized team and offer a discounted rate to UK charities with income less then £10 million (who when combined still only account for a third of the total UK income for the sector).
We do this because smaller organisations tend to have less funding and time, which makes their need to hire excellent team members efficiently much greater.
