Meet Rebecca
RP Connections is led by Rebecca Pooley. Back in 2014, she kicked off her journey in the recruitment world and she hasn't slowed down since.
Having honed her skills with agencies focusing on tech and digital, then charity and non-profit sectors, she then delved into the internal workings of a respected national charity.
Understanding recruitment from every angle, Rebecca saw a chance to make an even bigger impact. This realisation led to the creation of RP Connections.
In addition to her work, she volunteers her time working in partnership with local schools and colleges to support young people begin high-impact careers.
Meet Dawn
Dawn brings together a decade of fundraising expertise and another decade of recruiting experience in the charity sector.
She is dedicated to advancing candidates’ careers while ensuring the ideal match for both clients and candidates.
She also collaborates with DesignMakers.co design agency to help charities develop strong, values-driven brands utilising her charity and fundraising expertise.
In her free time, Dawn enjoys outdoor adventures or exploring quirky immersive events in the city.
